Properties Information Statement:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) acquires properties as a
result of foreclosures on VA guaranteed loans. These acquired properties
are marketed through a property management services contract with
Ocwen Federal Bank FSB, West Palm Beach, Florida.
The properties are listed by local listing agents through local Multi
Listing Systems (MLS). A list of properties for sale may also be
obtained from Ocwen's website. If you are interested in buying a
VA acquired property, you should contact a local real estate broker
to see the property.

Searching
on the net for houses?
You should go to Realtor.com and Register for
your own "Personal Planner". Once done, you will get emails
of any listings which meet your specifications. Then contact
me. If the house is in the Tulsa area, I will personally help
you. If outside of the Tulsa area, I will have someone contact you. |

Are you really ready to close on your new home
purchase?
Have you done all of your inspections ... wood destroying organisms,
electrical/mechanical/plumbing, structural, roof, septic, flood, lead
based paint, radon gas? Each of these requires a different inspector
of your choice. To ensure full disclosure, it is better to get the
inspections done now, before closing, rather than going into litigation
after closing.
